Payment workflow statuses for Fiat and Crypto payouts

Payments go through a series of statuses throughout the workflow.

Fiat Payout Statuses

Status	Status Type	Description
`initiated`	Intermediate	An order has been created on the Apara end.
`fund_processing`	Intermediate	Waiting for confirmation of receipt of transferred funds from the bank or local partner.
`fund_settled`	Terminal	Confirmation received that funds have been successfully transferred.
`fund_failed`	Terminal	The payout has failed, and any deducted prefunding amount will be returned to the balance.

Status	Description
`initiated`	An order has been created on the Apara end and the crypto transfer to the user's wallet address has been initiated.
`asset_deposited`	The user has received the crypto, and the blockchain transaction hash has been generated.
